Recovery Center Payment Information
The Meadows Recovery Center is largely a private pay program and cannot hold a patient’s insurance company responsible for payment. However, our staff is more than happy to do whatever we can to work with a patient’s insurance company to alleviate the financial cost of treatment.
Our main concern is providing recovery and helping people find a more fulfilling life. When insurance coverage does not apply, we suggest patients consult our Intake/Financial Coordinators who will review costs and payment options, and work with patients to make arrangements that fit their financial situations.

Because insurance policies and benefits vary greatly, it is recommended that a patient provide The Meadows with insurance information prior to arrival on campus so that our staff can obtain a quote of coverage under a patient’s policy. Your insurance carrier or managed care company will ultimately determine the suitability of care based on your presenting issue(s) and may certify a portion of a patient’s stay.
While The Meadows has no control over the outcome of the insurance reviews, our highly trained staff will work hard to obtain the maximum benefit allowed by a patient’s company or carrier. Formal reviews do not guarantee payment by an insurance carrier upon final billing.
