How to Pay for Treatment
Admitting you need help is hard enough without worrying about how you’re going to pay for it. Our trained intake coordinators will walk you through the process and go over your financial options, including private pay and insurance.
Because insurance policies and benefits vary greatly, we recommend that you provide The Meadows with the patient’s insurance information prior to arrival on campus, so that our staff can obtain a quote for coverage. Your insurance carrier or managed care company will ultimately determine the suitability of care based on your presenting issue(s) and may certify a portion of a patient’s stay.
The Meadows is in-network with Multiplan and TRICARE. We also have the ability to work with out-of-network providers. While The Meadows has no control over the outcome of insurance reviews, our highly trained staff will work hard to obtain the maximum benefits allowed by a patient’s carrier. Formal reviews do not guarantee payment by an insurance carrier upon final billing.
Our main concern is providing treatment and helping people find a more fulfilling life in recovery. When insurance coverage does not apply, our intake/financial coordinators will review costs and payment options, working with patients to make arrangements that fit their financial situation.
