William Roman, MA, LPC-S, ASAT
William Roman is the Clinical Director of The Denver Meadows Outpatient Center. Born and raised in Wyoming, he brings a grounded, outdoorsy spirit to his work—blending clinical expertise with the belief that healing often needs a little fresh air, internal curiosity, and laughter along the way. His path into the mental health field grew from his own self-exploration in therapy and recovery, where he learned to listen to his inner parts with compassion, an approach he now integrates through IFS principles in his clinical leadership.
William earned his MA from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT). As Clinical Director, he supports the clinical team, nurtures a fun and collaborative culture, and provides training in the Meadows Model and group facilitation—all while encouraging staff to bring authenticity, self-awareness, and even playfulness into the healing process.
His favorite part of the job is working with a talented team of therapists committed to trauma-informed care and supporting them through the meaningful, messy, and often humorous moments that arise in this work. William has been part of Meadows for two years.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active in sports, exploring the outdoors, traveling abroad, and staying connected with his community—activities that help keep his own parts balanced, centered, and fully alive.
