Dr. Julissa Espinoza, PhD, LPC, LCDC, NCC, serves as the Clinical Director of The Meadows Outpatient Center–Houston. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and holds specialized training in trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities.
With more than a decade of experience across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, Dr. Espinoza has led multidisciplinary teams and developed behavioral health and substance use programs. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and improving treatment outcomes through education and innovation.
