
Joell Menefee
Joell Menefee is the Assistant Clinical Director at The Meadows and has been part of the organization for nine years. Throughout that time, Joell has served in a variety of roles including intern, Survivor’s Therapist, Clinical Support Therapist, Family Therapist, IOP Primary Therapist, Intern Supervisor, and now Assistant Clinical Director. This diverse experience has provided a deep understanding of both patient care and clinical leadership.
Originally from Arizona, Joell is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). Inspired by a personal healing journey and the meaningful impact of mental health professionals along the way, Joell pursued a career dedicated to helping others experience growth, healing, and connection.
In the current role as Assistant Clinical Director, Joell oversees responsibilities such as staff supervision, psychoeducation, grievance management, scheduling, group assignments, and fostering strong connections among both patients and staff. One of the most rewarding aspects of the work is building authentic relationships with clients while also supporting and mentoring team members in meaningful ways.
