Breanna Mylius, LPC

Breanna Mylius is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Director at The Meadows, where she has worked for over a decade in roles ranging from intern to therapist to supervisor. Born and raised in Arizona, she earned her master’s degree in counseling from Phoenix Seminary and Ottawa University, and her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. She is an AZBBHE-approved Clinical Supervisor, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and Supervisor, and an adjunct professor at Phoenix Seminary. Breanna has specialized training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, PACT, Experiential Therapy, and more.Passionate about helping others heal, Breanna brings both professional experience and personal recovery insight to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys painting, hiking, writing, and exploring national parks.
