Cresta Conlee, BSN, RN, PMH-BC

Cresta Conlee is an experienced nursing leader with over 18 years in healthcare and a strong foundation in both acute and behavioral health settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and is board-certified in psychiatric-mental health nursing. Cresta began her career working in ICU and Labor and Delivery before discovering her passion for behavioral health, where she recognized the critical role mental health plays in overall patient care. Cresta has been with MBH for 15 years, serving in progressive leadership roles including direct care nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, and now Director of Nursing. She is passionate about teaching and mentoring, leading teams of nurses and behavioral health technicians to deliver exceptional care. Her leadership philosophy centers on compassion, clinical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.
