BIO:
Abby Jones, LMFT-S, is a dedicated leader and licensed marriage and family therapist with a passional for clinical excellence and operational strategy. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Abby earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University, specializing in marriage and family therapy. She is a Board-Approved Supervisor through the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and holds a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lee University.
With extensive experience leading national clinical and operational teams, Abby brings a dynamic and strategic approach to her role at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare. As the Executive Director of the Scottsdale Meadows Outpatient Center, she oversees daily operations, ensuring high-quality care for clients and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for her team. She is deeply committed to empowering both staff and client families, helping them navigate their healing journeys with compassion and expertise.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time in nature with her family and chasing after her energetic toddler.
