Survivors II Workshop

Information regarding the Survivors II workshop program at The Meadows.

Survivors II addresses unresolved trauma and self-defeating behaviors that are manifested in dysfunctional patterns. (Prerequisite: Survivors I)

Healing From Trauma

Survivors II is an advanced intensive customized to meet the needs of the participants. It is designed for those suffering from unresolved childhood and adult trauma who are seeking healing, as well as those struggling with self-defeating behaviors they wish to discontinue. This workshop builds on the work accomplished in Survivors I and also provides more completion of its previous healing work. It is primarily experiential in nature, but incorporates art therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education, psychodrama, and other therapeutic techniques to fit the needs of each group participant, as well as the collective group.
