The workshop is designed to resolve career and vision issues and help participants tune into their passion and do work they love. Based on the Inside Job approach developed by Dr. Judith F. Chusid, Ph.D. attendees are helped to identify and resolve behavior patterns and fear of success issues that interfere with success Using a multi-dimensional approach experienced facilitators create a safe and supportive environment to help you overcome: underearning, underachieving, inconsistent performance, difficulty making a career change or transition, workaholism, sabotage at the top and vision issues.

Combining lectures with experiential exercises, participants experience a unique type of career coaching rarely available in consulting practices or private settings. Peer group activities and small group size promote insight, cooperation and trust. Participants learn strategies that lead to change and leave the workshop with a blueprint for moving ahead, new tools, a 30-day action plan, accountability and support via a Success Buddy, Spiritual Partner and support through Alumni groups and monthly online meet-ups provided by Success Is An Inside Job®.


DR. JUDITH F. CHUSID PHD, is the founder and creator of the Success Is An Inside Job® Workshops and the Inside Job approach. She has been following her bliss for over 40 years and is dedicated to helping others find their passion and earn their living doing work they love. She is experienced in the private and public sectors as a therapist, addiction specialist, teacher, sports psychologist, consultant, speaker and writer. Nicknamed “The Resistance Buster”, Dr. Chusid is known for having an extensive toolbox that includes innovative strategies for resolving resistances to success and change.

DR. ZULEMA SUÁREZ PHD, has been a member of the SIIJ team since its inception and co-lead the Inside Job workshops with Dr. Chusid, the program founder. She is passionate about helping people find their purpose and become their intended self. When she is not running workshops, Dr. Suárez is a core faculty member at Capella University School of Social Work, lifecoach and psychodramatist.

$3100 – Fee includes meals, playtime, access to Brain Spa and gym.


On Rio Retreat campus – first come first serve basis with transportation to and from Phoenix airport included. Off campus – at local hotels with transportation to and from hotel by the Meadows transportation department.


We rely on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for your workshop. If a cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the start of the workshop, a full refund, less a $600 administrative fee will be issued or an allowance is made for a one-time transfer to another workshop date. There is a $100 transfer fee for this service. No cancellation or transfer within 14 days of the workshop date.
