Regenerous! Workshop with Dr. Terry Eagan

Mental Health Workshop Mental Health Workshop

Dr. Terry Eagan, a psychiatrist and Senior Fellow at The Meadows, is often asked by his clients and colleagues, “How can I positively impact this world when there are so many difficulties everywhere I turn – so much ill will and destruction, so much tragedy, so many people suffering seemingly insurmountable odds?”

On March 3, he will lead those who attend his Regenerous! Reaffirming Our Purpose workshop on a journey to answer some of those questions. Dr. Eagan will help participants to explore and further define their unique talents and interests and their higher purpose in life. Participants will examine their roles in their families of origin, in their relationships, and in their careers.

Participants will also identify several of the original ideas they had early in their lives about their personal values and how they relate to the choices they made in their careers and relationships.

Guided imagery, music, poetry, scripture, and storytelling will be used for sharing initial dreams, and for finding a reconnection to the pure and timeless motivation that pushes us all toward to becoming our best selves.

The workshop is open to clinicians, as well as Meadows alumni and their families and friends. Four continuing education credits/NBCC Clock Hours are available for clinicians who attend.

How to Register

The workshop takes place on Friday, March 3 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 MST at the Franciscan Renewal Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. The cost is $25 per person.

For more information, and to register, visit the Regenerous! Reaffirming Our Purpose EventBrite page.

Registration closes February 28, 2017.

  2. Identify and list three impediments to maintaining a connection to the initial call of service.
  3. Identify and list three tools which can be used to reconnect to the initial call to service and to enforce healthy, ongoing service delivery.
