The Meadows is sponsoring a free lecture in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday, June 19 presented by Katrena Hart, LPC, on the topic of how to create health in romantic relationships called "The 5 Pillars of Real Love." It will be held at the Unity Church of Dallas Sanctuary from 7:00 to 8:30pm and no registration is required.
"We are always quick to define unhealthy relationships but do not spend enough time describing how to create a healthy relationship," said Hart.
Hart is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in private practice in Allen, Texas. She is a Certified Bioenergetic Therapist (CBT), and serves on the board for the Dallas Society of Bioenergetic Analysis. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR. She is a Certified Psychodramatist (CP), and is a trained mediator. She is a Trainer Educater Practitioner (TEP) of Psycochodrama allowing her to give hours of psychodrama training towards certification by the American Board of Examiners of Psychodrama. Hart is an expert in the treatment of domestic violence issues with teens and adults. She also has expertise in treating chemical dependency and behavioral issues with teens and adults.
