A Man’s Way Retreat is a five day intensive that will challenge you and transform your understanding of what it means to be a man in recovery.
Using the powerful curriculum developed by Dan Griffin, based upon his two groundbreaking books A Man's Way through the Twelve Steps and A Man's Way through Relationships, A Man's Way™ combines psycho-educational sessions, experiential activities, large and small group processes, and mindfulness exercises to provide a transformational experience created specifically to speak to men's unique issues and needs. You will explore how The Man Rules™ affect all your relationships with others and yourself. You will also look at how past experiences affect your ability to be present in your relationships and stand as a healthy man in the space you have created for your life.
Retreat For Men
A Man's Way™ offers in-depth and challenging personal work where men can explore their core ideas about being men, while remembering how to play, laugh, and relax.
All participants will be sent copies of A Man's Way through the Twelve Steps and A Man's Way through Relationships in advance of the workshop.
Workshops run 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted. The schedule is flexible, accommodating the group process.
